"scanned by ..." What to do with Walter Cosand scores?

Scores found on http://waltercosand.com/ are of various origins. When I import one on imslp should the Scanner field be Walter Cosand or empty? Or is it better not to import these scores at all?

If the scores are in the public domain there's no reason not to upload them to IMSLP. I'd suggest leaving the scanner field empty and perhaps adding a link to waltercosand.com as the source of the PDF in the miscellaneous notes field.
