Files downloaded from EU server won't open

Hi there,
I've tried downloading a file from the EU server in several ways. I'm using chrome from a nexus 4. I'm trying to download Godowsky's arrangement of this: http://imslp.org/wiki/Cello_Suite_No.2_ ... Sebastian) The file is located on the 'arrangements' tab. I've tried a couple more similar files with the same result.
1: Simply clicking the link for the file results in a download named "download.php". Attempting to open this file results in an error message stating "can't open file".
2: Saving the link results in a file downloaded called "IMSLP08562-Godowsky_Bach_Suite_Nr.2.pdf" but when I try to open this file I get the same error message as above.

I'd appreciate any suggestions the folk would like to make.

Mine opened fine with Chrome, but I don't use a Nexus. Try saving it first, and then opening it from the folder you saved it in.
