Graupner Concerto grosso

There is a workpage Concerto Grosso in B-flat major (Graupner, Christoph). This concerto coincides with the concerto for 2 Oboes GWV 342, which has another
workpage. So the Concerto grosso workpage should be deleted and its content transferred to the other workpage.

Duly merged and deleted. A lot of these typesets don't have entirely correct titles, so people create pages for them without realizing we already have pages for them. I'm sure we have quite a few more of this type of problem.

For Graupner the situation should be easy. Every typeset that occurs on a page without a manuscript from Darmstadt quite certainly is on a duplicate page, because Darmstadt is basically the only source for this composer.
