Demnitz and Hinke methods (clarinet and oboe)

Two valuable teaching method resources that would increase IMSLP's intermediate-level offerings would be the Elementary School by Friedrich Demnitz for clarinet, and Gustav Hinke's Elementary method for Oboe. Both were written in the late 1800s, so there are PD editions available.
