Joseph Marx - Gorgeous pre-1923 Works!

I notice that Joseph Marx is not even in the alphabetical list of composers! There's some gorgeous music printed before 1923. If anyone has some scores they're willing to post, ot would be greatly appreciated!

Joseph Marx's music is not on the site because he died in 1964, which means that he is under copyright in almost the entire world. The IMSLP servers are located in Canada, which has a life-plus-50 term of copyright, so you'll probably see him represented here in five years or so (when he falls out of copyright there). The 1923 rule of thumb only applies to the US.
