William Duncombe (18th c.)

I'm looking for pieces, or at least for information (life dates) on William Duncombe.
According to WorldCat, he published some music in 1778 and 1785, and gave a concert in London in 1793.
He is not to be confused with the writer William Duncombe (1690-1769).

According to MusicSack, he possibly died on 30 November, 1818.
