Composer was born 1891, died 1951. I believe his music would be in the public domain now, but could be mistaken.
I would be interested in the whole Klaversuite, but particularly no. 2.

Scanning it with your phone is not a good idea. You need a proper scanner or a high end camera that can take proper flat pictures of the sheet music. Its much better to use a scanner than a phone for quality sake.
