Indeed I don't think the volume of WIMA submissions at the moment is too much to just e-mail the typesetter.
In case (in the future) that the volume of WIMA submissions do become too large for you to e-mail the typesetter yourself, you can just delete loose (not part of a set) WIMA submissions immediately (which should make up a majority of WIMA submissions), and request the user to get permission before resubmission, and state on resubmission that they got permission in the "Misc. Notes" section of the file entry. It is probably still a good idea in that case to ask permission for files part of a set, as deleting them might be more trouble than e-mailing.
