They have a lot of pieces by Kuhlau for flute, but unfortunately that is not one of them.

Kuhlau op.64
No digital version yet, but the Danish National Library has two different old prints of op.64, and Bavarian State Library and Sibley also have this work.
Maybe you could contact each of the 3 libraries and request that op.64 is scanned asap??
