Would this be PD?

Revised by Paul Bazelaire (1886-1958)

The Bazelaire is the one I am not sure about? What do the experts say?

This kind early 1900s reedtitions of french baroque music are known to be very far (!) from urtext: extensive additions of fingerings, bowing and (rather romantic) dynamics. They are nevertheless interesting from an historical perspective.

So, I would say that Bazelaire revision is not just cometic. Hence this file is not PD: it will bcome PD in 2009 in Canada (2019 in the US and 2029 in the UE).

Matthieu is right. The Bazelaire is going to be more of an arrangement than an edition, really. It will nevertheless be free in Canada as of Jan. 1, 2009. The music of Ralph Vaughan Williams published before 1959 will enter the Canadian public domain then as well.
