Problems with page editing

I am having a new problem: I am trying to correct a major error in one of my uploads. So I click the edit button on the work page (see attached screenshot). The screen showing up appears inside a frame and its left most part is outside this frame. I tried to use the cursor to move the content to the left but it does not work. I have never seen this behavior before and I am stymied.

I'm not following what the problem is. If I edit that page in Firefox my screen looks the same as yours with the exception of the gray bar at the top for the particular browser that you are using. The page tab is selected and the edit tab is selected and I can edit the information in the text editor (the frame-within-the-frame) window. If I scroll further down the outer frame (below your image) I have the Save and Preview buttons which work fine. What am I missing?
