What happened with the IMSLP Journal?

With the old skin I obtain Internal Server Error and with the modern skin I don't see it near Forums in the Participate tab

I'll try the Wayback machine and see if that at least tells me what the link was (and go from there), because I have no idea, sorry!...

Most recent capture @ archive.org's Wayback machine noted of http://imslpjournal.org's main page: June 26 2017. Don't know if the site's moved, though. (No changes since January 29 2017, I think. No significant changes that I can see(?) since 2015?)
