Rachmaninov concerto accompaniments

The Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini, and the 4th concerto in its 1941 version are currently under the [TB] block. Are they eligible for moving to the EU server and unblocking on 1 Jan 2014?

Yes, all the files in question are tagged as 2014 for the EU. I guess the Rhapsody was published posthumously but it doesn't make any difference to the EU copyright which is still life+70.

It's due to the 70-year term running to the end of the year. Rachmaninoff gets out of EU copyright jail on 1/1/2014.
