Tchaikovsky Symphony No 5, instrumentation

the instrumentation is incorrect, or at the very least, confusing. It should read:

"3 flutes (3rd doubles piccolo)"

and also the bassoons are missing from the description:

"2 bassoons" should be added after the clarinets.

So the entire Instrumentation heading should read:

Orchestra: piccolo, 3 flutes (3rd doubles piccolo), 2 oboes, 2 clarinets (A), 2 bassoons + 4 horns (F), 2 trumpets (A), 3 trombones, tuba + timpani + strings
