IMSLP to merge with WIMA

Re: IMSLP to merge with WIMA
Well, for the composer linked to above it seems that both PDFs and Sibelius files are available for all works So I don't really see the problem here, or the difference from any other WIMA composer.

No they aren't. Click the linked title and you get a PDF.

Re: IMSLP to merge with WIMA
What I meant was... what do I do with Sibelius files? So I'm to just leave them alone...
Re: IMSLP to merge with WIMA
Yes, but later in the same line, there are links for the Sibelius 2 source files in ZIP files (the first one, for example, is http://icking-music-archive.org/scores/ ... iah-53.zip); there are also links to PNG previews and MID files corresponding to each PDF.daphnis wrote:No they aren't. Re: IMSLP to merge with WIMA
You can either leave them alone or attach the Sibelius source files to the PDFs.
Re: IMSLP to merge with WIMA
You can use Acrobat Professional or numerous other third party programs to attach files to a PDF. Can probably help if you have specific questions.
Re: IMSLP to merge with WIMA
I'm sure there are some out there, but I don't know of any specific ones since I use Acrobat Pro.

Look at pdftk. (The man page on how to attach arbitrary files: http://www.pdflabs.com/docs/pdftk-man-p ... -op-attach)pjones235 wrote:Do you know of any free ones?

Re: IMSLP to merge with WIMA
I have no scores in (didn't join) WIMA. Will my IMSLP registration now -- without separate WIMA registration -- be complete?
Re: IMSLP to merge with WIMA
It is not necessary to be a member of WIMA in order to join IMSLP, so yes, it is complete (assuming you created an account on the wiki as well as here).Peter M. Re: IMSLP to merge with WIMA
Having never registered with WIMA, I have now registered with ISMLP. The latter's site instructions for contributing files "to" WIMA deal only with transferring files _from_ WIMA. Does this mean that the way now to make new contributions is, not to WIMA itself, but to ISMLP directly instead?
