Henry Hodson, The Golden Legend, FS and / or parts sought

Hello Everyone -

I'm looking for a full score (if available) and / or parts for Henry Edward Hodson's setting of Longfellow's poem "The Golden Legend". The vocal score was published by Novello, Ewer & Co. in London in 1880 and includes a note that the instrumental parts may be hired from the publisher. The orchestration was made by 'Mr Francis Antony Geverding (Professor of Music)' [sic] but it is not clear whether these are manuscript or engraved parts.

This setting was first performed in London in 1881 and was very popular for many years with choral societies etc, although it was eclipsed by Sir Arthur Sullivan's setting of the poem in 1886. The composer, who was 'Sometime Hon. Organist of Worcester Coll., Oxford', died in 1917.

A set of string parts was apparently put on sale on Amazon.co.uk at some time in the past, so they do exist! I tried calling Novello & Co today, but they no longer have any material - or, indeed, any record of ever having had the piece! - and have no idea where it might have gone to - any ideas? (Or did they get thrown out at some stage...?!) Anyone have any idea if there is a Novello Archive anywhere? (British Library etc)
