This song is conspicuously absent from Stephen Foster's composer page. I would take care of this one, but I don't have access to the music library until school starts in the fall.

The Library of Congress' Music for the Nation Collection (http://memory.loc.gov/ammem/mussmhtml/mussmhome.html) contains high quality, black and white scans of many of Foster's songs (and others' arrangements of them) as originally published in the 1850s.
