I know the sheet is already on the site, but its still blocked because its not in public domain yet, but it passed 73 years since that edition was published, shouldn't be in puclic domain already?

Prokofiev is still under copyright in the EU. He is also still under copyright in the US, with the exception of works published before 1923.

This is the reason for the block.

Since by your IP address, it looks like you're in Portugal, it would be illegal for you to download any Prokofiev.
