Harold Bauer's arrangement is under copyright in both the USA and the EU. It will not be available for download until further notice as the owner of IMSLP, Project Petrucci LLC is located in the USA (despite the fact that the server is located in Canada, where Bauer's arrangement is free).

I'm GeunHong Kim who's in charge of hosting in Square Communication.
How about locating your server in Korea? that way you can be off from any trouble relate to copyright.
We own a server and we will be happy to offer hosting free of charge if you want.
We don't want to be involved in anything regarding management and we will offer unlimited traffic(excluding bandwidth).
We offer server to the company who need it for nothing, cause it's is kind of part of business(marketing purpose).
I'm expecting further discussion to be continued at IRC.
