Was curious if there was any progress on the Wagner CDs. With so much already done, it would be great to finish up the entire project.

Also, not sure how the Griffes Poem for Flute and Orchestra is TB since all of the CD sets are released in the United States, which means it can't be under copyright there. Griffes died in 1920 (with the Poem from 1918), so I suspect that the 1951 date is either a bogus renewal or copyfraud. Not sure how this happened, but hopefully it can be checked and worked out.

I have no idea of how or why Subito (OMCDRL) is getting away with selling the Griffes Poem. Griffes' score (as opposed to the flute and piano arrangement) was published in 1951 by Schirmer, with a valid copyright notice, and was renewed after 28 years. The renewal is online and can been easily seen by a quick search of the online records. That counts as prima facie evidence of the work being under copyright in a US court - meaning you have to prove that the notice, original claim and renewal are false.

Why is there no link to nor mention of the project on the main page? Are you trying to keep it in hiding?
