Be aware that these prints date from about 1815-1820. Most libraries will not allow photocopying of items that old, and definitely not on a do-it-yourself basis. The library copy card you can purchase at the Library of Congress is meant for much more recent items.
You will have to ask the Library of Congress duplication services (not cheap!) http://www.loc.gov/duplicationservices/copy.html
Add-on:
Many smaller libraries will not ask such exorbitant "item research fees", in most other libraries you will get a quote for free.

Do You have any ideas, which libraries I can found this score?

Usually I search with the Karlsruhe Verbundkatolog http://www.ubka.uni-karlsruhe.de/kvk_en.html.
Then separately check the Nationalbibliothek Wien http://aleph.onb.ac.at/F?func=file&file ... l_base=MUS
and Staatsbibliothek Berlin http://staatsbibliothek-berlin.de/musik ... aloge.html

Op.4 and Op.9 you can find at Staatsbibliothek Berlin:
http://musikipac.staatsbibliothek-berli ... 1&cop=:osy
Just send an email to musikabt@sbb.spk-berlin.de
Prices are 8 euro per order, the first 10 scans 1 euro per scan/page, then 0.40 per scan/page (300dpi color). You get a "download link". (Prints before 1850 cannot be copied "do-it-yourself").

The Polonoises Op.9 are also at Milano Conservatorio, Frankfurt Universitätsbibliothek and Warsaw Biblioteka Narodowa
The Variationi Op.4 are also at UdK Berlin, Free Library of Philadelphia and British Library

The Siciliano op.2 is apparently only at LC and at the British Library.
I could not find the Trio Polacca.
