I don't have a score, but I want to point out that there are 4 such sonatas, RV 35-38 out of which one is incomplete (RV 37) and one lost (RV 38). So still two to choose...

My book here says that RV 38 is a cello sonata, and in D minor. Still, it's lost so it doesn't matter in this case...
RV 760 is not going to be PD judging by its place in the catalog, though I imagine the majority of Vivaldi works in general aren't PD anyway, at least by US standards, because they were lost until the 1920s (or was it 1930s?).
As for the other two, RV 35 is in Op. 5 and RV 36 is in Op. 2, so both should likely have PD versions out there. Just a matter of finding them, I guess...

You are right, RV 38 is for cello and in d minor. But we might get RV 760 at least in principle. We also have RV 779 which according to your reasoning we shouldn't have.
