Looks to have been published in the early 2000s as edited by Hermann Danuser, so most likely copyright worldwide.

I actually tracked down this piece in my local music library at the university. The piece I think Daphnis is right on the editor BUT the year is 1993 for the first publication, so still copyrighted all over. Unfortunately it is also a fragment.

It also looks like that version from 1993 is in the Complete Works Edition, which means that possibly under the 25 year voluntarily rule that it could become PD in a few years (by 2019)!

Yeah, I read somewhere that it was thought to be an unfinished work but we had found the missing parts - IIRC.
