... not sure what question you are asking, but can say this-
it seems to have been published by Rieter-Biedermann of Leipzig in 1882 in score and piano duet arrangement. Hofmeisters Monatsberichte mentions this in its October 1882 issue.
The Zentralbibliothek Zurich has a copy of the score, I think, as, in the United States, does the Free Library of Philadelphia. (Their Catalog gives the instrumentation as
2-fl, 2-ob, 2-cl, 2-bn, 4-hn, 2-tpt, 3-trb, tmp, tri, str.
or rather,
2 Flutes, 2 oboes, 2 clarinets, 2 bassoons, 4 horns, 2 trumpets, 3 trombones, timpani, triangle and strings. )
According to an issue of AMZ from the same time (volume 17 new series, 1882, page 655), the parts were also sold.
Don't know if anyone or any library has a copy scanned in to process and upload here, though, or who sells a copy to rent or purchase now.
This overture may have been written and performed as early as 1872 (some such is mentioned!), or that may be another one by Dietrich. Not sure!
