revueltas, ocho por radio

Post by steltz »

Revueltas died in 1940, so this has been public domain since 2011. There are some copies on WorldCat with a publishing date of 1951, but I don't know if this is a reprint. The Philadelphia Free Library has the manuscript score and parts, but I don't think they take scan requests. Can anyone help?

I don't think so, none of the original editions published during Revueltas's lifetime (if they even exist, I'm going on rumor) are in circulation anywhere. Everything was published by Peer/Southern and Schirmer after his death over a period of decades (for example, the Third String Quartet wasn't published until the '90s), so one can assume that this is the first edition.
