Here's a performance of this arrangement, with Lewenthal as the pianist, and Charles Mackerras conducting the London Symphony Orchestra. The recording was made in 1969:

Any idea where I can find the scores for this, whether or not it's copyrighted or public domain?

Re: Raymond Lewenthal's arrangement of Liszt's Totentanz
Seeing as Lewenthal died in 1988, it's almost certainly going to be copyright around the globe. From just one basic search I was unable to find this piece, so it may not have been published at all.

You should inquire with the Intl. Piano archives at U. Maryland, as they have Raymond Lewenthal's estate among their collections: http://www.lib.umd.edu/PAL/IPAM/IPAMpianists.html
