Wellington March - Wilhelm Zehle

Wellington March was written in 1906 by Wilhelm Zehle, who died in 1956. I'm not exactly sure, but I think that means his works would be in the public domain in the U.S. Would it be possible to upload the score and parts to the famous march by Zehle?

His works wouldn't necessarily be public domain in the US, but if they were published in his lifetime then they would be in Canada, which is the minimum requirement for this site. US copyright is determined from date of first publication, not date of completion.
