Was just asked about this work as well. Volume 1 is on HathiTrust, which I will upload. If someone has access to one of these libraries, they have Volume 2 or 4 (or both):

University of California-Berkeley
Michigan State University
Oberlin College
Arizona State University

Also located in BSB & Koninklijke Bibliotheek for those in Europe.

I have access to UC Berkeley. How many pages is it?

It looks like Vol 2 is 68 pages and Vol 4 is 72 pages in the 1912 edition. They have the 1902, so may be slightly off. Here's the catalog record from Berkeley:

That's not too bad. Berkeley actually has volumes 2, 3 and 4. I'll see what I can do about this.

Is there any priority order for these volumes?

4, then 2. 3 is low priority since there is an earlier edition of it already loaded.

That's quite a large file for 86 pages. Is it a color scan? Are you able to reduce the file size, or would you like someone else to do it?

Didn't really look as I transferred it. I'll do some work on it this weekend and re-upload.

I have volumes 2, 3, an 4. I will eventually get around to scanning and uploading them.
