Mahler 4 hands arrangements

Hi,
I have a PDF of Bruno Walter's arrangement of Mahler 2 for 4 hands, and I know he did an arrangement for Mahler 1 also.
The score I am looking for, however is a 4 hands reduction of Mahler 4. Did Walter do a reduction of this symphony also? Is it available?
Thanks in advance.

I don't think Walter made an arrangement of the 4th. But just as an aside, since he died in 1962, none of those transcriptions can be posted here until 2013.

The published arrangement is by J V von Woess (d 1943) who played it through with Mahler. One story is that Mahler let von Woess take the lead when they played it to see how he handled the dynamics - and when he over-emphasised one, Mahler took it out of the score.

Oh good news! And a good story also!
Is this still in print, or in electronic format?

Aha, with a little bit of the correct search terms, I've found it!

Thank you for your help.
I was looking for a piano arrangement because I'm going to be studying it for A-level next year, and this duet would be highly useful!
