Hi all. I'm really keen to get hold of the Naples MS of Poppea as I have the Venice one already. If you know of any way of getting hold of it, I'd really appreciate it. Many thanks and what a brilliant site!
EDIT: More politically correct title

If this can be of help: according to the Music section "Online Public Access Catalogue" (OPAC) of the Italian Library Service (see
http://www.sbn.it/opacsbn/opac/iccu/musica.jsp) a manuscript transcription by Malipiero exists at the Bliblioteca Marciana in Venice (document code IT\ICCU\DM\98111100093), with the following remarks:
Note manoscritte di G.F.Malipiero precisano che questa edizione riproduce anche il Manoscritto di Napoli, recentemente ritrovato dal Prof. Guido Gasperini.(Probabilmente quella usata per Napoli nel 1651).
i.e.:
Manuscript notes bt G.F. Malipiero specify that this edition also reproduces the Maunscript of Naples, recently rediscovered by Prof. Guido Gasperini. (likely the one used for Naples in 1651).
