Baroque Oboe Concerti

Could I extend a request to the powers that be for the oboe concertos by Marcello, Vivaldi, Bellini and Albinioni, full scores preferred, for utility, but even piano reductions would be nice, im happy to extract parts if necessary, but i dont have access to any of this music.

See the problem with Baroque pieces for oboe like to ones you mentioned are that they were rather recently either uncovered or published. Full scores, if available, are almost always going to be edited in some way and published within, most likely, the last 60 years. And piano reductions are certainly going to have been edited and arranged, so assuming no one else had a hand in their coming to market, they'd still be protected in the US in all likelihood, meaning they'd be immediately blocked. Probably the best chance of success is for one of the libraries like the SLUB digitizing and uploading manuscript parts, from which a full score or piano reduction could be produced.

If you find any at SLUB, it would be nice if you would upload them here for mirroring. I can think of a few oboists who would really like the orchestral parts.

Daphnis is correct, modern scores will be under copyright for many years.
I just uploaded the Bellini concerto in its autograph score from the Italian Internet culturale - not easy to read, but better than nothing (or one of the editions with strings only ). Leuckart (1969) has at least score and parts including winds for sale.
For the Albinoni concerti there are faximile parts, they are on my to do list.
