hmmm... That would be pretty hard to find. I could ask my school's music librarian to scan and upload them to IMSLP but I am currently home for summer vacation.

Any Baroque trumpet concerto in B-flat would be highly unusual, since it is not a common key for a Baroque-era natural trumpet (which were usually pitched in D, C or E-flat). There's a recording of the supposedly complete Telemann trumpet concerti that has a couple of 3-trumpet works in D but none in B-flat. Could the work you're searching for be a transposition of one of the ones in D? Or is it perhaps an arrangement of a work originally not for trumpets?

When I was a church organist, I once accompanied an arrangement of the "Rondeau" from Mouret's Suite de symphonies. It was transposed from the original D down to B-flat, as well as arranged for brass quartet. So, maybe this concerto above has been similarly transposed by a modern editor.

I think a mere direct transposition of a concerto from D to B-flat would keep it in the public domain. But as soon as the instrumentation is changed (e.g. arr. for brass ensemble) or adjustments are made because the transposition runs you off the bottom end of, say, the violin range, the score would probably be copyrightable. This applies also to a modern realization of the continuo line. And if these changes were done recently enough the score would be ineligible for posting at IMSLP. Besides, Baroque trumpet music sounds more brilliant in the higher key, even though it might be more difficult to play well on a B-flat trumpet.
