I need the piano reduccion(or the full score orchestra) please, it´s for a competition. or someone knows were can I find it.

Karl Stamitz wrote many of these. You will need to give a number in addition to the key, since in some cases there are more than one of the same key.

Also, many of the reductions are still under copyright, but I would suggest you give the key and number and that will at least be a start. It might also be helpful to give the publisher of the clarinet part you are working from. This can also help identify precisely which one you need.

I'd wager it''s #3. That's the most popular of his concerti, and considering I myself used it as a competition piece...

The only edition I have access to is Peters, and the piano reduction was done by Johannes Wojciechowski. He died in 2005, so this edition would still be protected. I personally don't know of any other editions, so if anyone else can help here?

You can find a full piano reduction part at virtualsheetmusic.com which you can print online. It is not free but only about four us dollars.
