This one has stumped me. I’ve retained permission to arrange this piece via Publisher, but for the life of me…no amount of Internet scraping brings up the ability to view this score.

If you have permission to “arrange” this. Then you need to get back in contact with G. Schirmer and arranged for a perusa score to be sent to you.

Or you may find Sikorski, after all they published that score.

Who is the composer? Perhaps one of us will find this score in a library.

Should be Prokofiev.

There are other works matching Suite and "War and Peace" (eg a suite for harp and orchestra by an Irvin Heilner, not obviously related to Tolstoy; and Nino Rota's suite Guerra e Pace), I see checking curiously, but I don't see any symphonic suites not by Prokofiev, no.

The Prokofiev suite can be found at libraries that have his collected works. I don't see it separately. Sikorski has information on the complete opera
here.

Technically I can't really talk about this before due to some promises, but now I guess I can talk about it.
You can go to dimusco to get the persual score from Sikorski.
There is a full preciew of the orchestral score.
