Sweelink's version of Dowland's Pavana Lacrimae

I am looking for the Piano Score of the posted subject.
I could also live with the original Dowland's Pavana Lacrimae score for Piano.

Could the Sweelinck be the piece on (Adobe) page 204 of

I think the original Dowland was written for some sort of instrumental consort (viols, perhaps). It can be found as individual parts starting on (Adobe) page 165 of

http://imslp.info/files/imglnks/usimg/e ... _works.pdf

If you are good at turning individual parts into a score, you can create a keyboard-playable version (ideally on a virginals or muselar).
