Ludwig Spohr, Quintet for Piano and Winds Op. 52
Ludwig Spohr, Quintet for Piano and Winds Op. 52
There's a tantalizing reference to this piece in Chopin's letters, but I'm having difficulty finding the score. Help me, please!

You can find a digitized version here:
http://archive.thulb.uni-jena.de/hisbes ... u_00011624
Has not been uploaded to IMSLP yet, because there is no easy pdf download option.
With the DFG viewer you can save individual pages as 1200x2000 pixel color jpg's, clicking on the thumb opens another viewer with allows zoom to even higher resolution - but you would have to save screenshots and compile each page from 8-12 sections...
The 1971 modern edition by Musica rara is public domain in the EU as well, if someone has access and can contribute a scan.

Uploaded the Jena score, although Op.53 (the piano and strings version) was already available at IMSLP.
For those who want to contribute with other Jena scores :
- save each image with your browser (by default the image is saved as tiff)
- since that kind of tiff format appears not to be accepted by Acrobat, convert all the suffixes to jpg thru a convenient tool (I use Lupas rename)
- collect all the jpgs using Acrobat and produce a pdf
- crop the pages
- upload to IMSLP !
