There is an edition of this edited by Oskar Schubert (d.1935), pub.Offenbach/M. André that should be fully public domain, at least in the EU and Canada. Given that the editions by more modern clarinetists (Bellison, etc.) would have to be compared to an earlier edition to see what the level of their contribution was, it would be useful to have this.
The Deutschen Nationalbibliothek shows a copy of this, I think in Leipzig, if I'm reading the site correctly.
