Just as a note, even if someone finds an arrangement that is public domain in Canada, it will probably be blocked with [TB] (see this thread) since the original was written in 1935 (by Carlos Gardel and Alfredo le Pera). And now that I look, it seems likely that it was only published in 1961, putting it completely off the table for IMSLP.

Alright. How about the core one, I mean, the original violin version? Would that also go against IMSL policies?
