It means "The Bee" in German, and is by a Schubert...Franz never wrote a song or anything named the Bee, so that's my best guess.

To clarify:

Franz Peter Schubert, the famous composer, never wrote a piece called The Bee.

Franz Anton Schubert, aka "The Dresden Schubert", wrote a piece called The Bee, which is probably the only piece he's known for any more.
