Sorry, my copy is the Baerenreiter, published in 1971.
From WorldCat, it looks like there's a Kalmus [197-?] and IMC [1976]. The Kalmus might be a straight re-print, but in my experience, IMC usually has editors, so this one is probably out of bounds.
Then WorldCat lists Peters [1818]. This would be the one you are looking for, unless the Kalmus is found to be a reprint of it.
