When my e-mail address in the Account Setting has 25 characters I never receive the forum or topic post notifications I have subscribed to. Things go back to normal when I set my other 18-character long e-mail address.

Is there a length limit for the e-mail address I may use?

The length limit in the phpBB database is 100 characters, so it shouldn't be a problem. I've now updated my email address using my business email (34 characters), let's see whether it works for me.

It does work, I've already received a couple of topic notifications and a new PM notification. So, email address length shouldn't the cause of this problem. Maybe notifications to the other email address are trapped by its anti-spam?

Thank you, that was it! I found the imslpforum notifications in the spam folder of this server. (I wasn't aware there was one)
