How to give proper credit for Attribution 4.0 International

Hello,
I need to use a score for some commercial work I am doing. What are acceptable ways to give credit
to the creator of the score that is under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence?
It suggests to 'link' to the licence, I am not sure what that means except the page that describes said license.
What would you recommend I do specifically?
