I'm just curious: can a score typeset by unknown be CC3 copyrighted? e.g.

Not really sure what to do about those ones. You'll note they've been around here for a decade now. They're obviously typesets and it appears they were created with one of the older notation programs like some of the things you see in the WIMA collection. I'm partially inclined to just get rid of them all since it's technically a violation of CC that the person who created the typesets has never been credited for their work - "attribution". Maybe someone in the collective wisdom here knows who actually did them, which would be very helpful. Otherwise, I'll just probably split out the appropriate sonatas from one of the collections we have (Litolff or Peters) and send the typesets into oblivion.
