Bruch Double Concerto for Viola, Clarinet and Orchestra

Post by oseely »

A decade ago or so I transcribed this work from a microfiche of the composer's autograph, obtained from the music archive of the Conservatory of Cologne. The work was composed in 1911 and first published in 1942 (according to a note connected to the piano reduction on IMSLP) and all these years has been available only as a rental from Simrock, Peters and another commercial sheet music source in the U.S. (I can't remember the name). My transcription was from the autograph and did not use a rental copy as the source.

I'd like to make the score and parts available on IMSLP, but the first publication of 1942 rather puts me off. What would you suggest?
