Hello, Prokofiev died the 5th of March 1953, and we are 70 years and 2 months beyond his death but the page still says that it is not PD in Europe.
Is it because it has to be at the end of the 70th anniversary, therefore in 2024 ?

Not PD until 2024 in the EU because of the end of the Calander Year rule.
