"Public domain" scores from the Bibliothèque nationale de France

Thanks. I won't use the pdf from Gallica, I wish to use the imslp scanned score in pdf format for commercial purpose, which are, in most cases, the same scores from Gallica (with chopin''s handwritten remarks). My question was about it: if I use the pdf from imslp for commercial use, is that ok, since the SAME score is provided by gallica? That was what I wanted to know.
