Divertimento aus Klavierstücke von François Couperin, Op.86 (Strauss, Richard)
This should still be copyrighted in the US, because it was composed in 1941 and first published in 1942. Therefore, it should be moved to the EU server.

It was reprinted by Kalmus which is generally a good indication that they determined the work to be in the public domain in the U.S. My guess is that being published at a time when the U.S. and Germany were at war the publisher was unable to register it for copyright protection in the U.S. (Johannes Oertel Musikverlag may not have had an American office like Breitkopf & Härtel did) and made no attempt after the war to rectify the issue (don't know but maybe the publishing company Johannes Oertel Musikverlag didn't survive the war).

Wasn't renewed in the USA and did not find a original claim in the CCE. So its free everywhere. If the Strauss Estate comes by on here with proof that the USA claim is incorrect with proof of a renewal instead from around 1970, we'll fix this (highly doubt that at this point).
