I have only photocopies of 2 pages, without cover. In Peachnote language the l.h. alone begins with 57 0 -2 -2 -1 1 -1 -2 2 1. The score has lyrics of the theme in German and French. There are registrations in French. No plate number.

Perhaps Jacob Friedreich Greiss (c.1720-1768), compare Rism id000105628 and Rism id000106293.

Kudos to RISM for their providing excerpts! But the melody by Johann Kruger, 1653 and Johann Franck, 1650, is common to all arrangers of this hymn. Of course we are in a range of [-1:+1] generations from J.S. Bach.
The organ piece I have is No.3 of a collection, but could be a set of chorals by a composer or any sort of collection

Would it be possible to provide a link to the scans?
