Currently, I cannot access imslp.org in mainland China.
Imslp.org (167.114.174.133) seems to redirect to cn.imslp.org (110.10.178.181). And 167.114.174.133 is available while 110.10.178.181 not.

Here is the output of ping

I just wonder the reason. Is it the censorship of China government or the breakdown of imslp server?
I can access imslp only through vpn or proxy.

Actually cn.imslp.org seems resolved to 103.25.60.97 everywhere in the world, including mainland China, not to 110.10.178.181:
IP address 110.10.178.181 is actually allocated to South Korea indeed, while 103.25.60.97 is allocated to Hong Kong, and apparently it works.

So, I think it's strange that you get cn.imslp.org resolved to 110.10.178.181. This is probably to be corrected somehow.

We were having trouble with the South Korean server, so switched over to HK about a day or two ago. Some of the DNS caches may not have refreshed (apparently DNS servers in China commonly ignore the TTL).
