Add Work not building a page after pressing Submit

I have successfully submitted over 100 of my works and never encountered this before. This morning, I selected Add Work and proceeded to fil in the information about the work. When I press Submit, instead of a page about the new work (and adding it to my list of works), it only presents a textual representation (as shown below) at the URL https://imslp.org/wiki/Psalm_112_(Brols ... ce_Edward). Any ideas about what is causing this?
